History
History of company
The company was found in 1993 as subsidiary of Tectum GmbH, Stuttgart under the name ASS.TEC GmbH. Main part of the operating range were all kinds of IT-services within the SAP sector. Since 1995 the managing stockholder Mr. Michael Hofmann is responsible for growth and success of the innovative IT-company. After having transferred the organization's headquarter to Parsberg in 1995 another partner was involved in 2000. Thus being subsidiary of Amadeus AG, the company was operating under the name Amadeus IT Consulting GmbH from now on. The scope of work covered the whole section of IT consulting.
In March 2002 the present participator of Amadeus IT Consulting GmbH was replaced by S&N AG. As being a capable IT service provider in the banking sector, S&N AG ensures the further success of the company by using the synergistic effects. Since then the organization is operating under the name Amadeus IT GmbH.
Places of business
Besides the company's headquarter in Parsberg the offices in Munich and Eschborn serve much of our pleased customers in site.
Area of expertise
As being service partner of SAP AG and Microsoft the area of expertise includes any kind of integrated solutions for all SAP and Microsoft users. Besides the organization, conceptual design and project management for SAP and Microsoft software, we provide general consulting concerning applications, systems or strategies in the IT branch as well as technical advice and configuration of hardware and network components. The support of installations, structuring of databases and creation of back-up concepts completes our range of activities.
In addition Amadeus IT GmbH provides its own SAP R/3 Add-On for managing all processes relevant for insurance and fleet operations.
