SAP add-on for professional fleet management

Fleet management is a broad field that covers many diverse activities, working areas and competencies. So in practise, there are very different types of fleet management systems. Not least because the fleet itself can be extremely diverse: a utility fleet for goods or passenger transportation; a fleet for works traffic as an operational sideline or a car fleet for the company staff. And yet everyone in fleet management has something in common: they manage and support, they organise and are responsible for vehicles and drivers.
This is where the SAP add-on fleet@insTRA comes in. It supports those responsible for the fleet park in their daily work, from procurement and administration, operations and assessment to the disposal/sale of the vehicles of the fleet.

Through the integration in the company's SAP environment existing master data – as, for instance, data concerning an individual driver – can be immediately used and do not have to be recorded redundantly.
